CINCINNATI, OH (ANS) -- Standard Publishing Author Paul Friskney will make several television appearances in December to support his latest book release, Sharing the Narnia Experience: A Family Guide to C. S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

As children and parents across the globe flock to theaters on December 9, Author Paul Friskney will appear the same day (on December 9th) on the Crossroads Christian Communication television show 100 Huntley Street which broadcasts across Canada and selected U.S. markets.

He will be discussing his new book from Standard Publishing, Sharing the Narnia Experience: A Family Guide to C. S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe as The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe movie releases in theaters.

Friskney will also share how the book can be used as a guide for parents to teach their children the deep spiritual truths found in the world of Narnia.

Sharing the Narnia Experience: A Family Guide to C. S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe helps parents explore the classic fantasy hand in hand with their children and it answers many of their questions along the way.

According to Diane Stortz, Editorial Director of Family Resources at Standard Publishing, "Using Sharing the Narnia Experience will enable a parent to dig deep into hope, love, grace, and redemption–deep spiritual truths parents want their children to embrace but sometimes find difficult to explain."

He will also be a guest on the Harvest Show on December 21st. http://www.harvest-tv.com/

In addition, Friskney is now blogging at http://www.infuzemag.com/narnia/

He is one of several authors, scholars and other participants who will share their thoughts and insights about Narnia.

Friskney is an English professor at Cincinnati Christian University. He teaches creative writing and courses on exploring spiritual themes in popular culture, especially as seen in movies and books. He brings to life his passion for C. S. Lewis's The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe through his magical writing style.
