From Horizon Christian Fellowship, San Diego
Part of crowd in Korea
BUCHEON, KOREA (ANS) -- Over 200 volunteers from the USA and 4 other nations (Philippines, China, Japan and Thailand) gathered in the city of Bucheon mid-way between Seoul and Inchon and only 40 miles south of the DMZ, to share the relevancy and excitement of a life fully committed to Jesus Christ.
Koreans worshiping the Lord More than 47,100 Koreans gathered at various events lead by the “Loud & Clear” outreach in Bucheon over the past 7 days. “Loud & Clear” featured musicians, BMX stunt bikes, medical teams, an English Village program, children's ministries, clowns and much more.
But the centerpiece of this extravaganza was lead by Phillip MacIntosh of Horizon Christian Fellowship in San Diego, California who presented the Gospel each night at Bucheon Stadium to enthusiastic youth from all over the city.
For two consecutive nights Pastor MacIntosh clearly spoke to youth about the need to find their rest in a relationship with Jesus Christ who is the only solid Rock on which to build a foundation for living. Hundreds of young people responded publicly to surrender their lives completely to Jesus Christ and to experience a deeper relationship with God.
Phillip MacIntosh preaching In his message Phillip promised the listeners that if they would only acknowledge their rebellion against God and place their trust in Jesus Christ to cover their sin, they could have assurance of eternal life in Heaven and a more full life here and now on earth. All those who responded are being connected to local churches for further assistance in their new life.

85 Local Churches and hundreds of students and professors from Seoul Theological Seminary hosted the 7 days of events by providing home-stays for volunteers, interpreters, transportation, food, ushers, counselors and willing hands to carry out the numerous functions related to the outreach.
Musical talent from Southern California consisted of the Hip Hop group LA Symphony, contemporary singer Sarah MacIntosh, the soulful Trevor Davis and “My Report” drum performances by Mark Suhonen. The English Village at the Bucheon Stadium Park was one of the most novel aspects of the week’s activities and drew huge crowds of young and old alike.
“Loud & Clear” was brought to Korea by Horizon Christian Fellowship and Pastor Mike MacIntosh’s Festival of Life.
Future plans for a repeat ministry are under consideration. For an inquiry about how to have “Loud & Clear” come to your community go to: www.HorizonSD.org.
