Lydia Hall

Lydia's most recent project is taking on the editing and email publishing of the Te Ao Marama (YWAM Auckland in Mangere) News. This weekly update is the major communication tool that unites the various YWAM ministries based in Auckland (Kings Kids, Polynesians International, Whaia Te Matauranga, DTS, University & Youth Ministries, the YWAM National Office and Across NZ Ministries: Bridge to Asia, Gateway Ministries, Prayer Station, Korean Family DTS, Soul Hut, ESOL...).

LydiaLydia actually started this weekly publication as the YWAM Campus Times nearly a decade ago. After several years of faithful service she passed it on to others who were eager and faithful to continue the publication. But for the last several months there hasn't been anyone available to do the job. Thanks Lydia, and others who have helped over the years, for your faithful service with this important publication.

Lydia also serves as a trustee for Kings Kids New Zealand. This exciting youth ministry has impacted many for Christ over the years. Currently the NZ Kings Kids team is in Samoa preparing a Samoan team to make an impact for Christ during the upcoming South Pacific Games Outreach.

Lydia also serves as a volunteer  for a Breakfast Club at a local grammer school (which is primarily Pacific Islanders and Asian students). The Red Cross provides the food, YWAM provides the volunteers for this two mornings a week community service, for kids who may not otherwise get a good breakfast.

Lydia is also very involved in a wonderful a Pacific Island ladies group, Deborah & Associates and the very successful Put Christ Back in Easter community project. All this on top of looking after her aging Dad and being a wonderful Oma (grandma).
